3.2 Single Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address, or device. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be seized.
Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳16,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.
- The bonus applies only to the first-ever deposit into the account.
- A specific promo code or instructions may be required to claim the bonus.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used for gaming activity on this platform.
- If one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be used at the same time.

- If systematic abuse to gain bonus benefits is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
6.1 Welcome Bonus Wagering
- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
- Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
6.2 Wagering Calculation Rules
- All slot games generally contribute 100% towards wagering.
- Live casino and table games may contribute at a different rate.
- If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- Requesting a withdrawal while wagering is in progress will automatically cancel the bonus.
Betting Rules
The following rules apply when placing bets on 99f99:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- 99f99 is not liable if a bet is cancelled due to a technical error or loss of connection.
- In sports betting, the announcement by the designated result provider (sports federation or official result) is final.
- 99f99 reserves the right to cancel bets if unusual betting patterns or strategic abuse are detected.
- If incorrect odds are displayed for a sports event, 99f99 may cancel the affected bets and reassess them at the correct odds.
7.1 Sports Betting
Bets can be placed on markets covering cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Each market has its own applicable rules. If an event is abandoned or postponed, the related bet is generally considered void and the stake is returned.
Fair Play
99f99 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. The platform uses SSL encryption and fair play technology to determine all game outcomes impartially.
- Use of bots, automated software, or any form of unauthorized technical assistance is prohibited.
- Fraud or collusion with other players is strictly prohibited.
